Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Loquet presentation box and secure it within the protective shipping carton to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
